YOUR GUARANTEE - A number of steps are followed to ensure that the customer receives an authentic item of memorabilia.

• Certificate of Authenticity - Every signed item is supplied with a distinctive and unique numbered Certificate of Authenticity

This certificate is the consumers’ unconditional customer guarantee that the item is supplied as a genuine item of memorabilia. Important Information - Spirit of Sport only guarantee items that have an original Certificate. (as the example above). If you have received an item of memorabilia from a third party that you believe originates from Spirit of Sport, but was not supplied with a certificate, please contact the company. If your certificate appears to be a copy, or has been tampered with in some way, again please make contact immediately.

The item is assigned to the 'Registered Keeper'. In the event it is passed on to a new owner, the new registered keeper should complete the section at the bottom of the Certificate and return it to Spirit of Sport for re-issue. If you are not entirely satisfied you may return it for replacement, credit note or refund.

Framing memorabilia is a highly specialised craft that requires specific materials that are not always known to standard framing companies. Spirit of Sport therefore offer the complete service at competitive prices with all products completed to a very high standard.

There is a choice of 5 quality wood surrounds; black, silver, gold, dark or natural wood, and all items can be supplied with a gold, silver or white engraved plaque at no extra charge. In the case of shirts, you can choose to display the entire item in a large frame or create a smaller presentation with photos.

Your Spirit of Sport item will normally be despatched within 7 working days from receipt of order. This may be longer during the Christmas period.

If you are sending an item to be framed, please state this in the 'Additional Comments' section. If you have ordered the item from Spirit of Sport, simply add the required framing option to your basket and proceed in the normal way.

Please note that any item of valuable memorabilia should not be placed in direct sunlight, above a radiator, damp areas or any location that experiences severe changes in temperature. If your item is of high value, Spirit of Sport suggest you consider using conservation glass.
