For Families with Toddlers

As the award-winning, most parent friendly family holiday, Eurocamp take extra special care where babies and toddlers are concerned. Eurocamp's selection of toddler friendly parcs are quieter, with safe play areas, and many have a creche area where little ones can play together.

Eurocamp have selected 64 toddler friendly parcs away from main roads and railways, with no steep terraces, ditches or water hazards (although some have waterside settings). You'll find safe play areas, and plenty of grass and shade. All offer a range of equipment for toddlers and babies.

Eurocamp - Mini Fun Station
Available on 16 parcs, our new Mini Fun Station is designed for children aged 12 months to up to 4 years. These toddler play groups are run by their experienced Eurocamp children's couriers and provide games and activities galore. Sessions take place 6 days a week and equipment includes slides, sandpits books, toys and much more. This Eurocamp service does not operate all year - please check when booking.

Eurocamp - Buggies and Rumbler Trucks
On selected Eurocamp parcs ideal for walking, you can pre-book big wheeled, all terrain buggies. Many Eurocamp parcs also hire out rumble trucks, handy for toddler transport and all-round fun. Each are available at just £2 per day. Rumble trucks can only be hired on site.

Eurocamp is part of Holidaybreak plc, the UK's leading operator of specialist holiday business. Holidaybreak plc was founded in 1973 as Eurocamp travel Limited - a family run business, based in Knutsford, Cheshire, offering camping holidays in Brittany.

From modest beginnings the business grew steadily benefiting from the growing interest in France as a holiday destination. In the early eighties mobile homes and destinations outside France were added to the product range.

The eighties were years of innovation and growth as the UK market to France expanded rapidly and Eurocamp took over leadership of the camping sector.

There were also a series of milestones in the development of the business and a number of small competitors were absorbed into the business as the market consolidated, until the company finally floted in 1991.

Since flotation, the business has continued to expand through acquisitions within the holiday sector as well as organic growth.

Recent years have seen other important changes. In 1998 after 25 years in Knutsford the Camping and Group head offices were relocated to Hartford, near Northwich, Cheshire. They also decided to change the holding company from Eurocamp plc to Holidaybreak plc to better reflect the aspirations and range of activities of the Group.

Holidaybreak plc enters the new millenium with excitement and confidence. A solid growth record in recent years, a portfolio of market leading holiday brands and strong finances augur well for a profitable future for Holidaybreak's shareholders and employees.
