More About Fitness Options

Fitness Options first opened its doors in a small town in Derbyshire way back in 1990 and was the first home specialist, fitness equipment store in the UK. Other retailers had dabbled with fitness equipment, but their main sales were clothing or sport supplements. Fitness Options dedicated itself to fitness equipment and displayed a range of fitness products on the showroom floor never seen before.

Things just kept getting more and more exciting at Fitness Options and in 1998 we moved to new premises in Long Eaton in Nottingham and with a 25,000 sq ft showroom and 8,000 sq ft of storage, subsequently gained the title of ‘Europe’s Largest Fitness Store’.

Then in 2001 Fitness Options merged with a London based company and changed our name to Fitness Network. However it became apparent that the two markets where vastly different and required very different approaches. So in February 2004 we de-merged but still maintain a very close working relationship with their friends in the South.

Therefore LinkTastic are now proud to announce Fitness Options is back.
