Artigiano Returns Policy

Artigiano have every confidence that you will be delighted with your Artigiano purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return any item to Artigiano in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and Artigiano will gladly refund the cost of the goods or exchange them if required.

You can return items to Artigiano FREE OF CHARGE through your local Post Office (except in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and overseas where return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer). A pre-paid returns label will accompany your order and can be used at your nearest post office. For further details please refer to the back of the despatch note enclosed in your parcel.

If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, Artigiano can only offer a credit to your Artigiano account as reimbursement.

Artigiano Delivery Infomration

All Artigiano's orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Higher value and next day delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery, therefore please inform Artigiano if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, or if you have any special delivery instructions. Delivery times may be extended during sale periods.

If an item is flagged as 'Stock due in 1-2 weeks' etc it can still be added to your basket. Artigiano will then notify you of the approximate date Artigiano expect to receive new stock and the item will be despatched to you as soon as it arrives from Italy. There will only be one postage and packing charge per order, even if Artigiano send you more than one parcel. If you would prefer to wait and receive all your items in one delivery please tick the box next to 'Please tick here if you do not want your order despatched until all items are available' on the Delivery Details page of the Checkout. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for any item until it has been despatched.
