The nature of the services can leave customers being exploited by the traders doing the work'. The OFT receives more than 27,000 consumer complaints each year regarding car servicing and repairs. To put it simply, too many people have been given a raw deal for far too long ... Motoreasy are here to change that.

The collective annual cost of all the services Motoreasy offer would, if sourced elsewhere, cost the motorist over £700 for a vehicle of 1,400cc or less and doing 6,000 miles a year. motoreasy is able to offer the programme directly from contracted service providers at greatly reduced cost. For the typical car, as above, the motoreasy annual cost would be £360 or £29.99 per month. You can join motoreasy at any point in the ownership cycle, regardless of where your car came from, its type, age, or mileage (nominal exclusions apply). Motoreasy Membership is designed to enhance the resale value of your car when you sell it.

MOTOREASY - PRODUCTS

Mechanical Breakdown
Should a qualifying component fail, motoreasy will cover the cost of repair up to £5,000, per claim and per year, including parts, labour and VAT (or the value of your car, whichever is the lesser).

Servicing
To ensure optimum performance and protect your Motoreasy warranty, your membership entitles you to motoreasy premium services annually or every 12,000 miles as appropriate. Upon request, Motoreasy will issue you with a full service history for your car's protected period with Motoreasy.

MOT
Motoreasy membership includes your car's MOT Test, any re-test within 14 days, and the costs of any qualifying repairs needed to pass, up to £500, including VAT, parts and labour.

UK And European Breakdown Recovery
Motoreasy provides a comprehensive 24 hour roadside and at home breakdown service. The service is available all-year-round in the UK and will cover you in Europe for up to 60 days a year. Motoreasy's Vehicle Rescue Operator will spend up to an hour at Motoreasy's expense re-starting or repairing your vehicle and will arrange for it to be taken to a garage for repair if necessary. Motoreasy will also ensure the optimum journey solutions for you and your passengers.

Accident Assistance
Motoreasy will recover your vehicle from the scene of an accident if it is immobilised and will offer the same services as above in the UK or on the Continent, to ensure the minimum inconvenience.

Windscreen Call-out And Tyre Assistance
Motoreasy will arrange, at your or your insurance company's cost, for your vehicle's windscreen or tyres to be replaced at the roadside.

Legal Assistance
Motoreasy will provide qualified legal advice relating to any motoring matter. For example, you may be in dispute in respect of faults on a car that you have recently purchased from a third party.

Uninsured Loss Recovery
If you are in an accident and it's not your fault, Motoreasy will organise a hire car and pursue any claims for non-insured items that are broken, damaged or lost. Examples are personal injury, any applicable vehicle insurance policy excess, loss of earnings and "out of pocket" expenses. Motoreasy will cover up to £50,000 worth of legal costs in respect of any approved claim.
