The Villarenters Index By glancing at the Villarenters Index on each property you can see quickly how much business MyVillarenters have done with this member – a high score means that we have processed several successful bookings with them and their calendar has proved accurate. Conversely a low score means that either they are new members or have declined bookings because their calendar was not up-to-date. New members start off with 50 and gain points as bookings are processed through the system, however if they decline booking requests because their calendars are not up-to-date or their price quote system is not set up correctly then they lose points. MyVillarenters Customer Reviews Each customer that books through the Villarenters booking calendar is invited to add a review of the property and give it a star rating. Members can also add reviews of customers that booked prior to joining Villarenters but these do not have star ratings and are clearly marked as being submitted by the member. By choosing a property with several starred reviews you can be confident that you are getting a great property, independently verified by previous customers. MyVillarenters adds points to the Villarenters Index for star reviews and orders the properties for you by showing you the highest index first.
