Teach My Child - Delivery

Currently Teach My Child only ship to mainland United Kingdom. All Teach My Child products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to availability of product and credit/debit card authorisation. Teach My Child deliver your products by first class recorded post using the Royal Mail which will mean your items should reach you in 3-5 working days. Orders over £30 at Teach My Child are delivered free.

Due to the high cost of express delivery Teach My Child will not normally offer this service, though it may be possible, please contact Teach My Child if you need to use express delivery.

Teach My Child - Lost or Late Packages

Although Teach My Child make every effort to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arrive. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact Teach My Child. Teach My Child will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system.

All items are sent recorded delivery and insurance is provided through the Royal Mail, with whom the responsibility for packages remains during transit.
