Pure Collection dispatch within 48 hours if the item is in stock. Pure Collection also offer a Make to Order service which means bespoke items can be ordered with an additional charge.

When Pure Collection started, they considered putting their people through some sort of customer care training programme. But Pure Collection soon realised that, actually, the best thing to do was employ people who cared as much about what Pure Collection do as the founders, and let them get on with it. It’s the same principle as selecting the finest cashmere; choose the best and let it speak for itself.

Perhaps its because Pure Collection haven’t got a shop that everyone here works so hard to make you feel welcome and cared for. Pure Collection have tried to think of everything; making it easy to order and equally easy to send anything back, even if it’s just because it’s not really ‘you’. Pure Collection can arrange bespoke items, send colour swatches and are getting really good at gift-wrapping.
