Sound Control use UPS couriers to fulfil their orders.

Once stock is allocated, UPS couriers are instructed to collect the package from one of Sound Control's locations around the UK. If you require, Sound Control can obtain a UPS tracking number to allow you to track the parcel as it makes its way to you.

On the day of delivery, UPS will arrive with your order. It is important that someone is available to accept delivery of the parcel and have to remind you that, if it is delivered to a business address, it is your responsibility to ensure that any reception staff are aware and are authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.

How long will I normally have to wait?

If you place your order with Sound Control between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday the process starts instantly. If you place your order over a weekend, a public holiday or outside of Sound Control's business hours it will be processed on the next working day.

If the stock can be allocated before 1pm it will be normally be collected by UPS that day.

For the majority of UK addresses you could expect delivery between 9am-5pm on the next working day from collection, and delivery is guaranteed within two working days from collection.

During the checkout process of the Sound Control site you will be notified that delivery can take up to 14 days. Although Sound Control endeavour to have the goods sent to you as soon as possible, it is necessary to advise you of this time period as sometimes quality control procedures or availability can delay dispatch.
