TalkTalk is the home phone company from The Carphone Warehouse that guarantees to be cheaper for customers than BT. All TalkTalk customers talk to each other for free and earn £10 for each friend they recommend to the service. There is no joining fee and you will be spared the hassle of additional hardware, dialling a prefix or changing your number. TalkTalk will simply email you when your connection has been processed and let you know when you will be connected. There are 3 Talk Plans, each tailored to suit low, medium or high users. How does TalkTalk work? When you join TalkTalk you will continue to be billed by BT for your line rental and all your calls will be switched over to the TalkTalk network. You don't have to contact BT - TalkTalk will do it for you. There is no joining fee and you will be spared the hassle of additional hardware, dialling a prefix or changing your number. TalkTalk will simply email you when your connection has been processed and let you know when you will be connected. How much does TalkTalk cost? It's free to join TalkTalk. There is no monthly fee if you join Talk 1 and all calls you make to other registered TalkTalk numbers, regardless of time of day, are completly free! On top of that all your other calls are guaranteed cheaper than the BT equivalent of your Talk Plan. There are 3 Talk Plans, each tailored to suit low, medium or high users. All you have to do is join TalkTalk online to select the Talk Plan that best suits you and start saving! Why is TalkTalk cheaper than BT? Following recent legislation changes, The Carphone Warehouse can now offer TalkTalk, part of a nationwide telephone network, to residential customers as well. You save money because TalkTalk can afford to carry the call on their network for much less than BT normally charges their customers.
