How To Order From Tribal UK

All deliveries are made direct by the manufacturer or a company designated by them. In most cases you will be contacted to agree a delivery date for your goods, please ensure you provide a daytime contact number with your order. Tribal UK have developed the Tribal UK site with ease of use in mind:

Browsing
Select a product group from the main horizontal navigation bar, this will then display any sub groups in a further menu and a featured item from each sub group. You can then select the sub group you require which will display an initial 10 products and above it will show how many products are available in that sub group allowing you to navigate through them. You can sort products by name, manufacturer or price to suit your requirement. You can see more detail for a product by clicking on its image or the "more info" link, you can purchase a product directly by clicking the "buy" button.

Searching
A product search can be made from any product page by using the simple search function on the left hand side of the Tribal UK site. You can also use the advanced search to tailor the results to your requirement, whether this be by manufacturer, product group, model number, keyword or price range. A quick find code is also available for each product to enable you to find a specific product if you are returning to the Tribal UK site and have previously noted the quick find code.

Purchasing
When you have found the product you require click the "buy" button. This will present you with any optional extras available for that product, select these if required and click "continue with order". You will then be presented with the current shopping cart, enabling you to adjust the quantity or delete products from your cart. You can continue shopping to add other products to your cart, update your cart if you've made changes or "continue with order". When you are ready to continue with your order you will be asked to either sign in if you have purchased previously or register on our secure server if you are a new customer. Please complete the registration as accurately as possible and select your chosen payment method.

Payment
Dependant on your selected payment method you will either be transfered to Barclays ePDQ for credit card purchases or Tribal UK's secure Buy Now Pay Later application.
Credit card orders are notified immediately if they are successful or not, please wait until the end of the next working day for your order to be fully processed as extra security checks may be required and your order will be delivered according to its specified delivery time from this point. Payment for card orders is taken at the time of order.
Buy Now Pay Later applications are processed by the end of the next working day and you will receive an email or phone call if there are any problems. Successful applications will be posted with a covering letter 1st class for a signature. A copy of appropriate ID will need to be returned with the signed forms in the envelope provided. Your order cannot legally proceed until Tribal UK receive your completed documents. Your order will then be delivered according to the specified delivery time from receipt of these documents.
