About Tights Please

Like many things Tights Please was born out of frustration. Frustration at how supermarkets, newsagents and department stores were increasingly ignoring legs by selling poor quality legwear. Tights Please decided to create a place dedicated to making all legs look fantastic. With over 10,000 legwear and legcare products, impartial customer opinions and expert advice Tights Please hope they have done just that!

The best way to choose colour is according to you leg type:

  • Shorter Legs - hosiery should match skirt and shoes.
  • Longer Legs - hosiery should contrast with skirt and shoes.
  • Curvaceous/Fuller Legs - darker shades are more flattering.
  • Slender/Straight Legs - lighter shades are more flattering.

You can also choose colours to complement your outfits:

  • With pastels and lightweight fabrics natural look hosiery always looks best.
  • With dark clothes and heavy fabrics choose black hosiery or barely black for a softer look.

Choosing a Denier

  • 5-9 Denier Very Sheer, fine hosiery to complement natural looks.
