This year marks the fifth consecutive year of victory for Virgin Mobile, which prides itself on its excellent customer service. The customer service award, which was voted for by the public, was won on account of the fact that Virgin Mobile’s customer service ‘stood out above the rest’. In the Mobile Choice survey more than half of its customers were ‘very satisfied’, and in total 90% of Virgin Mobile’s customers were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘fairly satisfied’. Mobile Choice Magazine commented: ‘It’s also to Virgin Mobile’s immense credit that it had easily the lowest percentage of customers complaining of poor customer service, just 4.2%’.
