  • If Virgin Wines recommend a wine and you don't like it, you don't pay.
  • If you buy wine from Virgin Wines and find it cheaper elsewhere Virgin Wines will refund the difference.
  • Virgin Wines will credit the full delivery cost on any orders not delivered within 7 days to your account.
  • If Virgin Wines deliver and it gets nicked, Virgin Wines will replace the case (plus delivery costs) free of charge.
