White Stuff Standard Delivery - £3.95
White Stuff will endeavour to deliver your goods within 10 working days of receipt of your order. A signature is required upon delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods. Should White Stuff send your order in more than one despatch due to stock availability there is still only one delivery charge.

White Stuff Express Delivery £7.95
This White Stuff option is available to orders received before 11.00am and delivery will be within 48 hours. A signature is required upon delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods.
Should White Stuff send your order in more than one despatch due to stock availability there is still only one delivery charge. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

White Stuff O0verseas Delivery - £8.00 (Europe) and £12.00 (rest of the world)
White Stuff deliveries are sent via International Recorded post. White Stuff deliveries to non-EU countries will have VAT deducted, but there may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of the goods for which White Stuff are not liable. Please note that White Stuff Internet prices will not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to. These will be deducted and shown on the despatch note which will be sent with your order.

White Stuff - Return Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. Please return your purchase to White Stuff (unworn and in the original condition you received them from White Stuff with all packaging and tags intact) within 10 days of receipt using the Returns Form and pre-printed address label provided.

If you require an alternative garment please make sure to specify which colour and size you would like. White Stuff refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. Please remember to ask for a Proof of Posting certificate when returning goods to White Stuff as White Stuff cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to White Stuff. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.

Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you decide to swap an item White Stuff can’t stop the payer knowing.

NB: White Stuff do not pay for the return postage of overseas, sale or Bargain Rail items.
